Q1: XSL-Technology positioned itself as a luxury smart villa elevator brand from inception. How do current consumers’ "ideal living" expectations reflect in the elevator industry?
In the home elevator segment, new consumers seek not only functionality but also intelligence, human-centric design, and sustainability.
Specifically, smart villa elevators are increasingly preferred for enhancing safety, comfort, and eco-efficiency while elevating daily convenience. This trend drives rapid growth in smart control systems, eco-materials, and bespoke designs.

Since its founding, XSL-Technology has dedicated itself to developing elevators tailored to Chinese households—innovating smart technology, human-centered design, and artisanal craftsmanship to add value to villa living.

The Maglock Dynamic Interior System’s development remains most memorable.
We faced the challenge of simplifying installation without compromising safety. After numerous trial-and-error experiments, we perfected the Maglock system.
This breakthrough enabled faster, safer installation and removal. It dramatically enhanced user experience, achieved market success, and became XSL-Technology’s flagship product.
